Many Borrowers Cannot Close Their Loan Because Of Issues, Errors, Or Omissions In Their Divorce AgreementIn the past there have been loan scenarios where a divorce has occurred in the borrower’s past, and issues appear on the credit that were the ex-spouse’s responsibility in the divorce. Many times the problem is caused by the divorce decree not being written correctly to deal with the issue, or the proper documents were not filed.
